Chef Lisle Brown is a young, innovative chef from Queens, NY. Chef Lisle’s passion for cooking sprung from his childhood: as he watched his parents cook at home with unabated interest. In his early years, Lisle received plenty of opportunities to fuel his passion for cooking at school events. There, he quickly learned he had a knack for creating dishes that people truly enjoyed. His favorite cuisine is Caribbean, which stems from his nationality and cultural background. The cuisine that he is most passionate about is Italian due to his experience overseas.

Lisle studied at Monroe College in New York City, where he received his degree along with the opportunity to study abroad in Italy. After college, Chef Lisle worked with several restaurants and corporations in New York. Most notable are Google, Gracie Mansion, and Negril Village. Cooking is more than just a job or a hobby; to Chef Lisle, it is his way of life. “Food is an experience that captures a moment in time. All great meals are surrounded by someone or something memorable.”
